Former city Treasurer Miriam Santos, sentenced to a 40-monthprison term, took note of our comment that she still hasn't expressedremorse over her public corruption conviction. And she has added, "Ihave no intention of expressing remorse to the public because I amconvinced I did nothing wrong and thus have nothing for which toapologize."
