Enterprise South still focus despite new law.

Jul. 2--A new state law allowing regional authorities to create megasites has drawn interest, but Enterprise South remains the priority for development, local officials said.

The Tennessee General Assembly passed the Tennessee Regional Megasite Authority Act of 2007, allowing counties and cities to band together to create megasites.

J. Ed. Marston, the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce's vice president of marketing, said his office is still considering what can be done.

"This is hot off the press, so to speak," he said.
